My Radio Debut

I was on the radio this weekend. Mommy and I visited Daddy at the radio station during their annual Share-a-thon. I was a big hit! At one point I got mad and cried really loud and the microphones picked it up. The next day, several people said they heard me loud and clear! I can’t wait to go back and help Daddy again. He has lots of cool toys he gets to play with.

Three Months Old

Yesterday was my three month birthday! I’m getting so big. I am up to 12 pounds. Daddy refers to me as a bowling ball! I’m awake a lot more. . . especially during the daytime when I get to play with Mommy. I still eat every three hours but sometimes I go for four hours. Mommy and Daddy like when I do that during the night. I smile whenever my Mommy or Daddy talk to me. I like to hear the sound of their voice. Once in a while Daddy will even say something funny that almost makes me laugh!

Guy Time

Yesterday Mommy went back to work. So it was just me and Daddy at home. As you can tell by the picture, Daddy let me be messy when I ate. Mommy is a nurse at the same hospital I was born at. She even gets to take care of babies just like me. She is working two evenings a week. So when she works, Daddy comes home from the radio station early to watch me. We had fun together. We watched American Idol together. Actually I think I slept through it, but I know Daddy watched it.

My First Photo Shoot

I had my first photo shoot today. Aunt Trisha took my pictures. I was in a good mood so they turned out really well. Almost all of the pictures were of me in my onesie. . . so Daddy is wondering if I’m going to grow up and be an underwear model! I just might!

The Crib

I could be on “Pimp my Crib!” Haha! Mommy bought me a mobile today. She felt bad that all I had to look at was the ceiling and the wall (Although you’d be surprised how interesting those can be!!). So now when I’m awake I can look at the fishies swimming above my head. And when the lights are off, it projects really cool shapes on the wall and ceiling. If I can stay awake I’m sure I’ll be fascinated for hours.

Best Buddies

Daddy and I hang out together a lot. I like being with him. I like my Mommy too, but Daddy makes me laugh because he’s so goofy. We have long talks and I smile when he talks to me. Mommy gets jealous because I don’t smile as much for her. Daddy and I like to tease her about that.

Cousins

Yesterday my Uncle Evan, Aunt Emily and cousin Isaiah came to visit. They brought food. Uncle Evan grilled steak and chicken for everybody. Funny. . . I don’t remember getting any! Afterwords, we played games. Actually I slept while everybody else played games. Aunt Emily and Isaiah held me most of the night. Isaiah is 3. Someday when I’m big enough we will play together. He is the only other boy cousin on Mommy’s side of the family. We’ll have to team up against the girls!
